We are very proud of the service we provide to our clients

I am so grateful for your suggestion to take early retirement in 2014 when I was struggling with health issues.

With your years of experience and knowledge you were able to give me the best financial outcome.

I am now able to reap the benefits of your hard work and dedication, and now at pension age and thanks to you I am able to receive the full pension.

I look forward to remaining your client over many years…… Heather H

We can’t thank you enough. We’re attacking our other loans effectively I think and our life has changed dramatically. Still getting used to having money at the end of the bills!! The offset loan was a bit to get used to at first but we’ve grown accustomed to it now.

Thank you for everything you did to change our life:).. Kirra & Mat R

Excellent personal advice on your needs for the future. Easy to talk to and would recommend them to any of my friends…. Ian D

Susan’s professional guidance & patience was of tremendous assistance for a complete finance/mortgage novice going through the huge process of achieving my goal of owning my first home!  Susan’s invaluable hand holding of me through this momentous process was absolutely fabulous and very much appreciated beyond words!!… Susie C

Through-out our life we sometimes questions why we do certain things.

We also question the relevance of insurance policies.

Trauma Insurance, is a policy I was advised to take out some time ago. Married, Three children, so there are dependents in my life.

In the last couple of years, I was questioning the value of it, as the children are growing up and start their own lives, was it a necessary expense.

I am in my early 50’s, have never suffered any illnesses, had accumulated over nine months of sick leave with work.

I have always had the mindset “It will never happen to me.”

Then one sunny October morning in 2015, I had blood in my urine, after attending the doctors, then specialists, I learnt that I had Bladder Cancer.

No prior symptoms.

At no point did I consider what insurances I had taken out, I was only focused on treatment and what was ahead of myself heath and life wise.

I phoned my financial adviser, just to advise them as to what was happening in our lives, not for any other reason, as we have a good relationship.

After they got over the initial shock, they advised me of my Trauma cover and would investigate as to whether the policy was valid for this type of Cancer.

After their investigation into my policy, it was deemed that I was eligible for a payment.

These funds have and will come in handy as I work through my health issues.

So from one who thinks “it will never happen to them”, and one who questioned, “why have Trauma cover”, as I considered it to be a type of cover that covered you for an accident, not a health issue, I recommend it.

You never know what is around the corner, and you need to plan for the unexpected… Geoff H
